Piedmont Health Link is a patient-initiated messaging/intro service. We alert nearby clinics about your request. We are not a healthcare provider, do not practice medicine, and do not guarantee availability, quality, or outcomes.

Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Your responsibilities

• Submit accurate information (e.g., phone and ZIP) so a clinic can reach you.
• Communicate directly with the clinic about scheduling, fees, and care.
• Do not misuse the service (e.g., spam, fraud, unlawful activity).

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE (USUALLY $0).
