• Lead info you submit: first name, last initial, phone number, ZIP code, service, and preferred time window.
• Operational data: device/usage logs (e.g., IP, timestamps) used for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• To alert nearby clinics that may be able to treat you and to allow a clinic to contact you to schedule.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, including limited analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., billing records for clinics that use our service).

We do not sell your personal information. We share your request only with clinics that may treat you.

Data retention

Lead details are kept for the minimum time needed to operate and audit the service. Some records may be retained longer if required by law or for billing/support with participating clinics.

Security

We use HTTPS and access controls to protect data in transit and at rest. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply safeguards aligned with industry and HIPAA best practices for this type of patient-initiated introduction service.

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your lead info where applicable.
• Ask us to stop contacting clinics on your behalf.
